Hitting the Seas to Reach a Higher Ground

On January 3rd, 2017, Matt Brown found himself in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, rowing his way into a storm he could neither see nor avoid. It was also his daughter’s second birthday. Before hitting the storm, Brown was right on track to setting the record for fastest ocean crossing in history — in a 28-foot rowing boat.

Now Brown, a former tech executive, brings his message of resilience, performance, and optimism to organizations worldwide. In this webcast, hear how Brown and team inspire even the best teams to be more resilient, and to perform better.
