Ryan Yackel

Ryan Yackel has been the director of product at QASymphony since 2016. His responsibilities include development of strategic messaging, competitive positioning, sales training, marketing, and providing customer feedback to the rest of the product team. Prior to becoming director of product, Yackel was a senior sales engineer at QASymphony for two years.

Before joining QASymphony, Yackel was a test then business analyst at Macy's, where, among other things, he developed and presented quality assurance roadmaps for the organization's software development lifecycle, and provided support for MacysNet, the business services website of Macy's, Inc.

Earlier, Yackel was a business solutions consultant at CGI, a leading IT and business consulting firm.

Yackel is a graduate of Covenant College in Georgia.
