Kon Leong is currently the President, CEO and Co-Founder of ZL Technologies, an enterprise-class unstructured data management platform. For two decades, he has been immersed in large-scale information technologies to solve big data issues for enterprises. His focus for the last 14+ years has been on massively scalable archiving technology to solve records management and eDiscovery challenges for the government and private sectors. Kon speaks frequently at records management and eDiscovery conferences on cutting edge trends and solutions.

In earlier years, Kon was co-founder and president of GigaLabs, a vendor of high speed networking switches, as well as First Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Deutsche Bank. He previously held a position at the General Motors Treasurer’s Office in New York City where he managed GM’s venture capital investments in high tech, and also spent eight years in various IT engineering and management positions at Burroughs, Philips and Union Bank.

Kon earned an MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School and received an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Concordia (Loyola) University, after completing a year at the Indian Institute of Technology.
