IT Central Station’s new, independent report is based on real users’ feedback and aims to help you get the answer. The 29-page document includes an overview of the best solutions and a summary of the top 10 vendors.
“Some of the things that we see as room for improvement are how do you integrate with other systems out there. Integration with the existing systems and infrastructure, which is not necessarily related. How do you integrate those systems in?” criticises one user of CA’s offering.
Another adds: “It is definitely competitively priced. Working with your local AM can help you achieve a pricing level that’s suitable to your needs.”
