Can G.ho.st scare Microsoft?
G.ho.st's virtual computer platform gives users access to applications suites from Google or Thinkfree. For now, Web OSes are no threat to Microsoft's Windows monopoly -- but that still leaves plenty of potential customers among the world's increasingly mobile population, and in developing countries where home computers are rare. The Israeli company certainly sees an opportunity to be David to Microsoft's Goliath.
