2008 Tri-State CIO Forum Best Practices Awards Program
Presented by Computerworld, InfoWorld and SIM

The Tri-State chapters of the Society for Information Management (SIM), in conjunction with Computerworld and InfoWorld, are seeking IT user-organization case study submissions for their inaugural Best Practices Awards Program.

Eligible nominees are exclusively IT end-user organizations. Nominations of IT end-user organizations are accepted from IT users themselves, public relations representatives, or vendors on behalf of IT end-user customers. Multiple submissions of case studies describing different deployments per IT end-user/organization will be considered.

Five finalists in each category will be recognized at the Tri-State CIO Forum, May 7, 2008, at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City. The top honoree in each category will be recognized on the main stage during the SIM Tri-State Chapter Awards Ceremony. All finalists will be recognized on the event website, in an event press release, and may be featured in a special supplement of Computerworld magazine and on InfoWorld online.

Deadline for Receipt of Submissions via this Online Process: April 14, 2008
