CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (CLE) CREDITS



On behalf of InfoWorld's Open Source Business Conference 2008, we are pleased to offer continuing legal education (CLE) credits to attorneys in specific states who attend and successfully complete requirements for the OSBC March 25-26, 2008.

In order to qualify for CLE credits, you must attend the program in its entirety, sign the record of attendance each day, and complete an event evaluation. Please log on to your state bar website for instructions on how to file for your credits and for additional CLE information.

Post-conference, the OSBC will send a certificate of attendance for you to keep for your records or send to your state bar, if applicable.

Arizona: Not Specified * North Carolina: Approved for 9.00 Credit Hours
California: Approved for 10.75 Credit Hours Ohio: Approved for 8.25 Credit Hours
Colorado: Approved for 11.00 Credit Hours Oregon: Approved for 8.00 Credit Hours
Georgia: Pending Pennsylvania: Approved for 8.00 Credit Hours
Illinois: Approved for 8.00 Credit Hours Texas: Approved for 6.75 Credit Hours
Massachusetts: Not Mandatory for CLE Credits Utah: Approved for 7.00 Credit Hours
New Jersey: Not Mandatory for CLE Credits Virginia: Approved for 7.50 Credit Hours
New York: Approved for 10.75 Credit Hours Washington: Approved for 9.00 Credit Hours


If approved:
OSBC certifies that this activity has been approved for MCLE activity by the State Bar for the listed number of General Credit Hours.

If pending approval:
OSBC certifies that an application is pending for approval of this activity for MCLE credit by the State Bar.

* The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to nine (9.00) hours toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including zero (0) hours of professional responsibility.
