InfoWorld's Test Center picks the best open source applications of 2011

You'll need to move to the professional or enterprise platform for advanced features like workflow automation and mobile integration. And when it comes to team management and sophisticated reporting, Sugar could learn a trick or two from Intalio's CRM module. But until Intalio happens to release its CRM module in a community edition, SugarCRM will remain synonymous with open source CRM.
