Opera Mobile browser
The included Opera Mobile 9.5 browser rendered most sites accurately, but Flash support is absent. The scroll dial let me zoom in on pages, and I could move around a zoomed page by touching the screen and sliding my finger. However, there's no multitouch-style zooming like on the iPhone.
