The next version of the flagship office productivity suite will feature a lightweight version in the cloud

The available Office Web apps will be Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote (a utility for tracking events and notes). Microsoft expects these to complement, not replace, the full-featured desktop versions. Microsoft plans to post preview versions later this year.
