AmberPoint on Tuesday announced it is adding Java Message Service (JMS) support to its Web services management platform. New releases from AmberPoint are intended to address a need for reliable, asynchronous transport characteristics for SOAP processors and greater system-wide performance for Web services environments, the company said. The company also announced it is integrating its Web services management solutions with the Hewlett-Packard's HP OpenView Operations for Unix and HP OpenView Operations for Windows systems management products. The integration will enable bi-directional communication between HP OpenView and AmberPoint, enabling centralized monitoring of information systems, including Web services components.
