Screwing the Winklevii
OK, so Zuckerberg stole the idea for Facebook, made it better, and got sued by the people he stole it from. We've all seen "The Social Network," we know how that went down. It wasn't exactly the first (or last) time that's happened in the world of tech. But he made the problem much worse by allegedly withholding the true value of Facebook from the Winklevoss twins during settlement talks in early 2008, causing them to drag the case out for another three years. Memo to Zuck: When you're paying people to go away, the goal is to get them to go away.
