Using what has come to be known as the cross-organizational Roadmap initiative, Enzo Micali's enterprise approach is aimed at positioning Westbury, N.Y.-based 1-800-Flowers.com for rapid growth and scalability. He has defined the company's technology architecture and integrated acquired affliates: Plow & Hearth, Magic Cabin Dolls, HearthSong, and the recently acquired The Popcorn Factory. Through Micali's leadership, the Roadmap will be used as an ongoing framework for all IT budgeting and hiring.
