Install Mountain Lion theme and icons in Ubuntu 12.10

Here's how you can make Ubuntu 12.10 look like OS X Mountain Lion by installing the Mountain Lion theme and icons.

Install Mountain Lion Theme

1. Open a terminal window.

2. Type in the following commands then hit Enter after each.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:upubuntu-com/gtk+3.6

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install mountain-lion-theme

3. Use the Gnome Tweak utility to use the theme.

Install OS X Icons

1. Open a terminal window.

2. Type in the following commands then hit Enter after each.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:upubuntu-com/icons2

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install ilinux-icons

3. Use this command to use the new icons.

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme 'iLinux-icons'
