Here's how you can reset your iPad.
1. Press the Sleep/Wake button and the Home at the same time for around ten seconds.
2. Ignore the "Slide to Power Off" message, and continue holding both buttons.
3. The Apple logo will appear, and you can release both buttons.
4. Press the Sleep/Wake button again for a couple of seconds to restart your iPad.
