A quick way to delete a line at the terminal if you make a mistake in OS X

Here's a useful command that lets you delete an entire line at the terminal in OS X. This is a huge timesaver if you make a mistake while typing in a command.

1. Open a terminal window.

2. Type in your commands.

3. When you make a mistake, use this command to delete the entire line:

crtl-u
