1. Open a terminal window.

2. Type in the following commands then hit Enter after each.

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

sudo sed -i 's/squeeze/wheezt/' /etc/apt/sources.list

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -d

sudo apt-get upgrade

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
