I've always thought Debian was one of the best choices for desktop Linux, not to mention that it's the base for so many different distros. I didn't know some of the things in this article, so I found it a fascinating potpourri of Debian tidbits.

Football Manager 2014 for Linux!

It looks like Linux football fans everywhere have reason to rejoice. Football Manager 2014 is available for pre-order now. Woohoo!

Apart from supporting Linux, FM2014 is bringing a lot of new features and improvements:

improved 3D match engine

more realistic transfers and contracts

tactical overhaul

enhanced user interface

improved interaction with players, staff and media

Minimum system requirements for a Linux system are:

I'm not really into football, but I can see a lot of people who are being very happy about this. Yet another game makes its way onto Linux, and that's always something to celebrate these days.
