Restrict iOS 7 web browsing to specific sites only

Limit iOS 7 web access to only sites that you choose

Here's how you can restrict iOS 7 web browsing to specific sites only. This means that only sites that you allow can be viewed in iOS 7 on the iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch.

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Go to General.

3. Go to Restrictions.

4. Tap on Websites.

5. Tap the "Specific Websites Only" option.

6. Scroll down and tap on "Add a Website" to add your approved sites.

Please note that there are some sites that are allowed by default such as Apple, Disney, etc.. If you disapprove of these sites, you'll need to remove each of them.

It’s especially worth noting that this works not only with the built-in Safari browser, but any other iOS Browser or app that includes a built-in browser, so you also no longer need to worry about whether something seemingly harmless like a reference app may suddenly provide a backdoor to unfettered Internet access.
