Use Reader Mode in Safari in iOS 7.1

Make web pages easier to read in Safari in iOS 7.1

Some web pages can be hard to read on mobile iOS devices. But there's a way to fix that with just one tap by using reader mode.

1. Open a web page in Safari in iOS 7.1.

2. Tap the reader button on the left side of the address bar.

Safari will reformat the page and strip out ads and other junk that you don't want to see. You'll be left with a pristine page that shows you just the text and images of the article. It's a much more comfortable way to read web pages in iOS 7.1.

Safari is easy to use, but you may never find all of its useful features unless you go looking for them. iPads have many useful navigation tricks you may never stumble across, and Safari has its own tricks.
