Install Pepper flash player for Chromium in Linux Mint 17

Add the Pepper flash player for Chromium in Linux Mint 17

Here's how you can install the Pepper flash player for Chromium in Linux Mint 17. Chromium does not include a flash player so it's necessary to install it yourself before being able to watch flash videos.

Please be sure that you already have Chromium installed before adding the Pepper flash player.

1. Open a terminal window.

2. Type in the following command then hit Enter:

sudo apt-get install pepperflashplugin-nonfree

3. If that command doesn't work, use this one to redo the install:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure pepperflashplugin-nonfree
