Amazing but true: The topic of Net neutrality is a popular one on the Internet. Call it self interest, as people who use the Internet have a stake in the Net neutrality debate whether they realize it or not. But it's perhaps not the easiest thing to explain without getting riled up and/or lost in arcane legalese and tech-ese. Thankfully, the video below provides an easy-to-understand summation of the issue.
OK, maybe the pipes analogy hews a little too close to Senator Ted Stevens' infamous "the Internet is a series of tubes" line, but that aside, the metaphor and the visuals provide a good illustration of what's being debated.
